Work as we know it has greatly changed over the years. These changes have given way for the establishment of flexible offices and co-working spaces the world over. From Manhattan to Nairobi to Johannesburg, Flex spaces are being termed as the future. Workstyle Africa is a premium flexible offices and co-working space provider with various locations in prime spots across Nairobi. With this new phenomenon picking pace locally, we partnered with the brand to assist establish them as the to-go-to premium flex space and ensure its international visibility in order to reach global stakeholders.
Approach
The excitement of dealing with the future can be contagious. We first carried out research on the brand and the flex offices local market, which formed the base for the road map we created to execute the brand’s visibility and positioning in local and international media.
Result
Today workstyle’s occupation rate has never dropped below 70% and its relationship with the Kenyan market is just getting started. As the brand expands across the continent we continue to re-evaluate and personalize strategic communications for a long-lasting effect on the brand on a global scale.
