Labor markets have undergone great metamorphosis throughout the years and so has human resources. Workforce Africa is a flexible labor solutions provider, operating in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. The HR outsourcing firm believed that strategic awareness, visibility, and positioning of their brand, was a key component to their growth strategy. We partnered with the brand to help establish and maintain a long-lasting digital and media footprint for the brand.

Approach

After rigorous research on the brand and the HR outsourcing industry in Kenya. We curated tailor-made strategies and tactics that would see the brand communicate directly to the corporates they wanted to work with, build a relationship with their various audiences, and engage with them on digital channels and via email. In addition, we also set out a road map to position the brand as a thought leader in matters of flexible labor solutions and the changing face of HR.
